Old Forester Bourbon, originally produced since 1870′s by pharmacist Brown-Forman in Shively, Kentucky, was the first Bourbon bottled and labelled in order to prevent counterfeiting and guarantee the quality of the spirit.
A special edition blend, bottled in 2012 at 86 proof instead of 80 as is the case with the Old No. 7. A tribute to the 120th anniversary of Jack Daniel’s White Rabbit saloon opening in Lynchburg, Tennessee, in which Jack Daniel’s whiskey was first sold.
Bottled at 90 proof and made with unique “Sinatra Barrels”, this tribute to Jack’s lover Frank Sinatra is deeply oaky, with a rich amber colour, a pleasant smokiness and an incredibly smooth vanilla finish.
