Varietal Composition: Cabernet Sauvignon 30%, Merlot 30%, Αgiorgitiko 40%.
Annual Production: 6.648 bottles.
Organoleptic notes: Classic red vinification with extractions lasting 15 to 20 days. The varieties are vinified separately and the final cuvée is made before bottling. The varieties remain for 2 years in oak barrels from Allier (France) and Caucasus. After bottling, they age in the underground cellars of the winery for 12 months.
