Organoleptic notes: The elder Papargyriou Estate vineyard is located at an altitude of 240 m. on the slopes of the semi-mountainous Corinthos, 10 km SW of Kiato. All vineyards face to the North and the planting is linear, in a valley formed in terraces. The topography of the area allows for good air circulation and proper ripening. The newest vineyard is located at an altitude of 800 m. at Sofiana of Corinthos, with SE orientation and linear planting. The mild summer temperatures favor the production of grapes with great aromatic potential, which give wines with great freshness and nerve. There, along with the Greek, are cultivated varieties of foreign origin with increased soil requirements, such as Sauvignon Blanc, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon.
