Kuemmerling is the brandname of a type of Kräuterlikör (herb liqueur) from Germany, with 35% vol. It has been in production since 1963 in Bodenheim, near Mainz, using a recipe from 1938.
It contains 38% vol. (76 Proof) and is made exclusively from mandarins from the best orchards in Sicily and Corsica. Excellent neat or as an ingredient for unique cocktails.
