An aromatic London Dry Gin flavoured with juniper, coriander, angelica, rubbed savoury and orris.
Made by fermented and distilled winter wheat from southern Sweden.

Amaro Averna is named after Salvatore Averna, who invented the recipe back in 1868. It contains a careful blending of herbs, roots and citrus rind.
Traditional amaro distilled in Bologna, made using over 40 herbs and bottled at 23% vol, first produced by Stanislao Cobianchi in the late 19th century and named after Princess Elena de Montenegro.
A blend of the finest mature rums, hand-picked by the Master Blender from selected casks aged in American oak Bourbon barrels for a minimum of 12 years and then hand blended and re-casked. Upon the rum’s optimum maturity it is hand-drawn, filtered and bottled, and then offered in very limited supply.
Matured in oak barrels for 5 years, it combines a complex aromatic profile with presence of chocolate, spice, vanilla and oak, and a warm, mellow aftertaste.

Created in 1919 in Padua and originally produced by the Barbieri company, it became successful after WW2. Today is produced by the Campari company.
