Annual Production: 14.000 bottles.
Organoleptic notes: The grapes are picked by hand and brought to the winery in small plastic crates and then are sorted carefully. The grape juice is removed gently with the skin aside, and the personnel fills the fermentation tanks. Alcohol fermentation and infusion take place at 28 °C max for approximately 15 days, and then the wine is aging in French oak barrels for 6 to 8 months and bottled at Domaine Evharis.
