A nose full of Sherry, caramel, raisins and apricots, a malty, smoky and peaty mouth with notes of grain, cinnamon, vanilla spiced oak and butterscotch. A dry, long aftertaste with traces of dry cocoa.
A fragrant and fresh summer nose with aromas of apples, pineapple, orange, lemon, banana and a touch of toffee and vanilla. Enduring taste of the fruit plus raisins, with hints of spices.

Whiskies matured in ex-Bourbon casks, Matusalem Oloroso Sherry, Madeira, Marsala, Port and Cabernet Sauvignon casks are brought together in perfect harmony. Aromas of tangerine, chocolate, plums and orange. Spicy mouth with notes of coffee and a hint of citrus, elegant spicy finish with layers of cranberry, orange and distinctive vanilla.
Matured for 9 years in American white oak ex-Bourbon casks and then is carefully divided. One half continues its maturation in Bourbon casks, the other half is transferred to 30 year old Matusalem Oloroso Sherry casks.

A crisp, dry and very aromatic nose with hints of heather and peat. A smooth palate with notes of heather, honey, vanilla, citrus and malt, a very long and sweet aftertaste with a smoky, peated and malty finish.
