Single Malt

A nose full of Sherry, caramel, raisins and apricots, a malty, smoky and peaty mouth with notes of grain, cinnamon, vanilla spiced oak and butterscotch. A dry, long aftertaste with traces of dry cocoa.

The Auchentoshan Whiskey Distillery, located in the Scottish Lowlands nearby Glasgow, was established in 1825. Triple distilled and matured in American bourbon oak for over eighteen years. The result: a refreshing Lowland single malt whisky with the added infusion of ripe citrus and green tea, the warmth of toasted almonds and the signature smooth, delicate, Auchentoshan taste.

The Auchentoshan Whiskey Distillery, located in the Scottish Lowlands nearby Glasgow, was established in 1825. The unique and triple distilled Auchentoshan Lowland Single Malt Whisky has been matured in three different cask types. Moving from American Bourbon to Spanish Oloroso Sherry and finally to Pedro Ximenez Sherry casks, Three Wood is a rich, complex whisky.

A fragrant and fresh summer nose with aromas of apples, pineapple, orange, lemon, banana and a touch of toffee and vanilla. Enduring taste of the fruit plus raisins, with hints of spices.

“Get the blend right and you’ve got everything right”, used to tell his sons George Ballantine. This 12 year old proves that the traditions established by him are still honored.

A timeless, now discontinued 10 year old single malt dram of the distillery’s range since the early 1980s created by David Stewart, The Balvenie Malt Master, from a marriage of The Balvenie single malt matured in Bourbon casks with that matured in Sherry casks.

A well balanced and easily enjoyable 12 year old single malt from the Balvenie distillery, finished in Port casks.

Matured in oak casks for 15 years, it spent a further decade in Balvenie’s warehouses. Each cask formed a limited edition of up to 250 hand-numbered bottles.

The Balvenie DoubleWood is a 12 year old single malt which gains its distinctive character from being matured in two wood types. Over the period of maturation it is transferred from a traditional oak whisky cask to a first fill European oak Sherry cask. Each stage lends different qualities to the resulting single malt: The traditional casks soften and add character, whilst the Sherry wood brings depth and fullness of flavour. A fine dram from the distillery located in Dufftown, Speyside.
