B. Free shipping for purchases of 60 euro or more, for the Attiki area, and delivery between 2-5 days

In order to check if you area’s zip code applies for free shipping please enter your zip code at the cost estimation field located at your online shopping cart. Alternatively, if the first 2 digits of your area’s zip code are any of the following: 10,11,12,13,14,15,16,17,18,19, then your area applies for free shipping.
For the remaining areas of Attiki the costs are determined by the specified area and the weight of the purchased products, as shown in the shipping cost estimation at the online shopping cart and as confirmed by you prior to shipping.
The free deliveries take place from Monday to Sunday 10:00 to 23:30.

We can offer same day delivery (given that we have received your order by 14:00) for products currently available regardless of the value of the order, with an extra charge of 15 Euro, only for the Attiki area.

C. Delivery via transport agency for large shipping outside Athens within 2-4 days

For orders shipped to transport companies, the charge is 5 Euro per case of 12 bottles and is received by you at the local agencies. We will contact you to let us know the exact name of the agency that you wish to make the shipment with.

D. Courier shipping for deliveries outside Athens (and to islands) within 2-4 days

The charge is determined by the area and weight as shown in the shipping cost estimation in the shopping cart and as confirmed by you before ordering.

Cava Enotria and preserve all its products under excellent conditions. In case of a defective product, as long as the client informs us within 5 calendar days from the receipt, we can replace this product. The cost of returning the product at our headquarters is covered by you initially, and as long as it is proven defective, you receive your new product free of any shipping charge (including the costs of the first shipping). Cash refunds are done with credit to your account only.

- If by mistake we send you a wrong product(s), the replacement of it is our responsibility completely.

- In case of wrong order by the customer, it would be prudent to call Us and we will replace the product. In this case, the costs are covered by the customer. No returns will be accepted on products that are not held in our stock, and come on special order for the customer.
